1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our Shopify store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse

• Incorrect size, fit, or color selection

• Items received as a gift

• Delayed delivery due to carrier or customs

• Minor variations in color or texture due to display settings or unseen damage

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. 

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing a product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will investigate and, where applicable, ship the correct item at no additional charge.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your building management. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
